Came across this very charming blog website while searching for anime reviews. I call it a blog website, but really its more of an online magazine (not to be confused with a zine though). The content is of a broad variety, from their description:
> "[W]e cover a vast array of often-unrelated topics, including, but not limited to: Society, culture, technology, music, arts, photography literature, history, video games, anime, current affairs, personal anecdotes, and quite a bit more."

They also don't use any third party analytics, generally don't embed third party sites, don't require JavaScript, and include full articles in their RSS feed (essentially the same principles I follow when designing my site and feeds). I also appreciate the earthy colors and natural styles the site is using.
